Yes, it does! It’s like a crumb cake cobbler. It’s good man.I been slacking in this thread. Haven't been getting notifications on it. This looks like a peach cobbler
You don't. But I'm also biased if you can't tellnever cooked fried okra before. Yall buy the frozen joints or you cut them up fresh yourselves?

Saw this wing sauce in the store this past weekend and decided to bake some wings with it tonight...

Do potatoes. It is good with eggs as well. Boil the potatoe first to soften it. Let it sit so it can cool and harden a little. The potatoe breaks apart if you try to cook it right after removing it from the water. Then cook it in the duck fat .copped some duck fat on a whim when I saw it in the store. Havent figured out what the hell ima cook with it yet tho. Im thinking of maybe trying it out on some potatoes and vegetables first
@loud-ninja
Cooked some duck. Damn it smells good. Tried a different technique this time. Cant wait to eat them onions soaked in the duck fat.

Yeah, there is a big difference from collecting it from a cooked duck yourself compared to store bought. When I first tried store bought, I was disappointed. But I got me a fresh batch now.looks good as hell!
That duck fat I copped from the store, I didnt notice any difference in taste from regular oil honestly. I tried some chicken with it and some home fries. Tasted the same as it always does to me.
I gotta try the real deal at some point
