Number 1 reason is societal norm. Men usually go younger and it has been like that for centuries.
Number 2 is expectation of maturity. Women are more mature at equal ages than men. The gap lessen as you get older.

I am not going older than me at all. My wife is older but only by 6 months. If I divorce am going younger................10 at the moment. But I may be able to add 5 years to that in 5 years.

When I was out there back inna day I had no limit to how much older she could be as long as she looked good and had a body but maybe only 2-3 years younger was cool.

Nowadays??? If I found myself suddenly single, my upper limit would prolly be the same but I might venture maybe 5-6 years younger.

If it's just fuckin tho? I'll go as young as 30-35 but that's it.
