Community programs can sometimes be more efficient than government programs and help people more directly
Government programs, while they can be cumbersome and have strict policies... still manage to help some people.

Credit cards have to be current. Taxes have to be current. I think we had to turn in 6 months worth of bank statements and we had to keep all our bills current. If I would have gotten a home 10 years ago when I was struggling to pay rent I would have lost it. You not being straight up about this Race.

idgaf. idc if it helped you and the 3 rugrats you know. naca is not helping ppl on a grand scale and seems predatory at best. throughout the ENTIRE mortgage process which can be a year or more naca runs your credit report & no accounts can show up as delinquent or they push your qualification back 6 to 12 months

when you’re poor at some point you have to invest in yourself. You have to get a degree , trade, CDL…something. You can’t expect someone to just pull you out of it. I want nudes, chicks won’t just send them to me. You gotta make shit happen
