Suburb just means outside of a major city/urban area. It doesn't mean white picket fences and low crime rates. Plenty of the worst hoods you can find are suburbs of major cities
Jay Z gave these street dudes like Lil Durk, who are becoming bosses in their own right, all the knowledge on how to manuever being a famous street rapper.

Dirk already had balls enough to stop rapping so much and start singing and told everybody to kiss his ass since he knew that's where rap was going. Him and his people can leave street shit alone and be fine. Plenty of rappers have done it. I think a lot of these dudes just love street shit because they get a rush from it. It's entertaining, it's fun. But it has consequences for them. Me and everybody just sitting on their computer laughing about dead opps but they can't go home. They can't leave their people in their hometown. They can't perform shows. They catching court cases.
It's not worth it once the bag is secured.
