@Duwop or anyone else yall ever use wood planks for burgers or is it meant strictly for seafood and vegetables?
I've only used it for seafood and veggies.... I just started using them in any past year....

But the amount of moisture it keeps in the food....I like my burgers being charred on the outside

Preciate it. Thinking of trying it with some salmon over the weekend. Prolly gonna soak the planks overnight

jerked a slab and did another slab and some wings and legs in my own seasoning combination...
 
Throwing these big azzz leg quarters on the grill tomorrow...

That Woodfire Garlic one is FIYAH. Best seasoning I've tried so far. Was also thinking about gettin a marinade tomorrow, then letting them soak in that for a an hour.
