I'm not against Shuri as black panther, I just HIGH KEY wanted a black power couple of black panther and Storm down the line. Also I'm all for women empowerment and women being shown as equals, but bruh I was estatic to have a dope ass black male superhero to ride for us. Captain America by Anthony Mackie ain't it bruh. Black Panther have a certain energy and swagger that I related too more.

I'm 96 percent sure though the women empowerment movement will continue and Shuri will take the role, it's probably the most convenient route to take. And it's also likely for representation of LGBT that Shuri likely has a love interest in Storm and they will do it like that. Cool, but FUCK I wanted to see the comic book version of OG Panther and Storm on some King and Queen shit.

Difference is Especially with Black Widow she been around. Battle tested. I ain’t seen Shuri do shit besides get tossed to the side by Killmonger and

And that’s cool if y’all like her I’m just not a fan of the actress like that and don’t think she should be given the mantle yet. It should happen in due time but like I’ve always been saying there’s too many great T’Challa stories that should be told. Little black boys should still be able to see a black king on screen.
