OPINION contradictions and lies! exposing the democratic party

I don't think an EO pertaining to us would be a quick overnight fix but it would be acknowledgement that a fix is needed. He has no plans to sniff issues we think matter in his 1st 100 days.

This is one of those "when someone shows you who they are believe them" situations

He is prioritizing non citizens over us and harping on this "path to citizenship" so much because the plan is to replace black Americans as a voting bloc. They figure 4 and 8 years from now those immigrants will be voting democrat loyally. They won't even need to pander to us anymore if hispanics outnumber us

I feel you. You wanted a more substantive show of faith. Something better than just the pandering we've seen so far. I can respect that.

This question isn't posed directly to you but just a question overall.

If there are laws already on the books that the police, real estate agencies/agents, banks, school systems, etc. don't follow. What is even more legislation supposed to do if what is already on the books isn't enforced? Why would the new legislation be enforced all of a sudden?

I'll give you an easy example. Most police jurisdictions require that cops wear body cams. However, most of them don't really have any penalties for failure to wear the cams. So, we've seen a number of incidents where suspicious police shootings have happened, but we didn't have the body cam footage to say whether the shootings were just or not.

There are so many loopholes and ways for cops to escape punishment without actually breaking the law. That's why comprehensive reform is needed. I've posted this before, but there is a site called Campaign Zero that pretty well lays out everything that needs to be done to fix this problem.

Yes he said that and was wrong to do so.

That's who he is

A white supremacist

You're gonna pretend otherwise because its easier that way and that's fine

The problem is the vitriol yall spew at ppl who don't tolerate this shit

Why tf shouldn't Race and I be anti?

Should we be pro?

Should we be pro 11 million illegals being prioritized?

Listening to the press briefing about Biden’s economic agenda. I’m paraphrasing, but said specifically that aid to businesses from the stimulus packages disproportionately excluded minority businesses because the past administration did not focus any effort to make those communities aware of what was available to them. Therefore, many of those businesses shut down.

Biden has directed his team to place focused effort on getting the information and message out to minority communities specifically and help them access the aid that is available.

I am not pro anybody because my well being isn’t dictated by the government anyway. But I can give credit where it is due and criticism where it is due. I gave Trump credit where he got it right, which wasn’t often, and I’ll give Biden criticism where he gets it wrong. Of course when I do give him criticism y’all come jumping in @‘ing me like I tuck him in at night.

That’s something y’all have proven to not be able to do. Which is why it’s pointless to engage in a debate with y’all.

And as far as granting amnesty to 11 million illegals that are already here and working and not paying taxes, why the fuck not put them in the system and have them pay taxes. They here regardless. If Trump couldn’t kick them out then they not going anywhere.

And if you’re afraid they are going to take political influence away from us with the dems, go argue with your non-voting compatriots because according to them we have no power anyway and it’s pointless to vote.

Appreciate the link and I will check it out. But you really didn't answer my question.

We've also had plenty of shootings and beatings with civilian camera footage and police body cams and still nothing was done.

There are laws that have been on the books, yet they aren't being enforced is the problem.

IMO it's like with gun control. If people really looked up many of the gun control laws on the books they are pretty good about regulation. Yet many gun laws are broken at gun shops and gun shows and the laws on the books aren't enforced when broken. So we have folks screaming about lack of guns laws when its really lack of enforcement.

Why are the voted in politicians not enforcing the laws on the books? Since they aren't enforcing the laws why give them votes to be in office and not enforce the laws on the books that would actually help us?

There are laws on the book against red lining. Black people are still locked out of certain neighborhoods

Laws on the books against predatory lending. Black people that were qualified for the best loan rates possible were still given bad rates and given subprime loans.

You see where I'm going. What good are the people being put in office if they don't even enforce the laws already on the books? Adding more laws that won't be enforced is just a big ass waste of time and just a symbol to say to the people see we are doing something. When actually they aren't doing shit.

Deflection..as expected
Projection, as expected.

You’re the one seeking something from Biden on showing gratitude. So you should know what would appease that desire for you. I can’t speak for you. Nothing I provide is sufficient so it’s up to you to tell me what would be sufficient.

Of course that puts you in a position to be specific and be held to account when what you seek is done by Biden. And you can never be put in a position to admit he’s done something right because that goes against your personal political agenda.

So according to water carrying you, ppl who he credited with his victory have to be vocal to get his gratitude and him not proactively showing it is ok... meanwhile he has shown his gratitude to TRUMP'S supporters

Maybe you missed this earlier

"The Biden coalition is dependent on African Americans"

"Trump made inroads with hispanics voters"

If you...manifest way to justify that clip every name ive ever called you applies...

I don't think there is one good answer to your question because it's a complicated issue. However, what I was getting at is that it's not so much that people are getting away with breaking the law in a lot of cases. The issue is that the law is so vague or open in a lot of cases that it gives ways for people to wiggle out.

We've talked about this before, but a cop saying "I feared for my life" basically gets them out of trouble. More restrictive laws and clearer consequences for those laws will reduce a lot of the bullshit we see. Other measures like weakening police unions and requiring independent investigators for police shootings make it harder for cop buddies to assist them in escaping justice. Once cops start to be held accountable for their misdeeds they will have to think twice about what they do. Think about this, what if a portion of police abuse lawsuits were required to come from a cop's pension. Cops would think a lot harder about roughing people up.

So to answer your question, putting people in power that will actually push real justice system reform is important because most politicians actually make a point of not doing that and that's part of why we've never seen progress in that area.

I’m not justifying it because like I’ve said and will always say, I’m not beholden to Biden. I give him credit where due and criticism where it’s due. Got damn how hard is that to grasp?!

And I never said we had to be vocal to get his gratitude, but he’s personally credited black people with his win in his electoral victory speech, appointed the first black defense Secretary, has a black VP, has the most diverse cabinet in history, specifically addresses racial bias in federal hiring practices, calls out white supremacy in his inaugural address, specifically addresses minorities in his economic agenda, etc. but then you ask ME what he’s done to show gratitude. Sounds like you’re looking for something so tell me please what that is or stfu.

Plus, did you even listen to that clip? He said verbatim “African Americans and suburban whites.” You conveniently left out the suburban whites part to support your agenda. The tweet said “even the white media admits it was the black vote alone”, but if you click on the clip he posted himself the white media specifically said “African American and suburban whites” so that was an outright lie!

And this is why y’all have absolutely no credibility with anyone who can debate intellectually and why I dismiss y’all anytime y’all want discourse.
