My job does workplace surveys, at one point sent out a massive survey so gage happiness in the work place. They got a big thumbs down from my division so the regional manager came to town.
Basically stood up in front of us and said..in no uncertain terms. Nothing’s gone change, stop complaining to corporate cause it means I have to act like I came here to smooth the waters.
He ain’t said that exactly but everything he said was basically all he was saying. So soon after that everyone was like well fuck the surveys and stop doing them. Shit sent up a red flag to corporate. We have a all employee meeting and the local GM asks everyone why no one is doing the surveys

Anyway, after the meeting people still weren’t doing the surveys. I get an email that they harden recived a survey in months. So I do one and in the comment section, gave em the ether they need to hear

Shit was so etherous I guess..that the corporate HR head sent out an all employee Email that was mad passive aggressive. The whole point of the survey is for anonymous employee response.
Bitch basically told us to remove the anonymous next time we got something to say
