I don’t warm up with weight, my warm up is a couple miles on the elliptical then push ups and dips, then I go right into my work out..

But some people start light and work their way up to heavy weights and some people lift light and do a lot of reps.. Depends on the results you’re looking for..

Ion know if I posted this before but one night a census worker came to my door after dark. I was ignoring the census mailers, short black woman wit a fro. Nice woman, very respectful and sweet. Some I'm on the porch answering the questions and when I get down I open the door and my kids peek out. See the woman..say real loud.."who's that, I don't wanna get robbed tonight"

Lol I found the ic in around maybe 2015-16 because of the westbrooks thread. Tried signing up and found that I had an account back in 2009 or or something. Had to change the password because I definitely didn't remember even making an account lol. I think I spent a year on the site before they decided to remove the adult content and everyone moved to here. I've gone back and looked at the site. Don't like what they did to the look of it
