I did say maybe i was reading too deep into this. But when the story 1st dropped they portrayed her a some social justice warrior. Like she was actively taking part in the social n racial reckoning in the country and she was doin real work on the ground. But no, this is a fucking love story.
I'll admit i dont kno all the details bout this shit. But i'd had more respect for her if she said from the jump. "I met this dude when i was 18. We connected n we fell in love. He is innocent, the love of my life n imma try n get him out." But it was portrayed totally different. Like this is some random good samaritan story. foh, if she didnt fall in love w dude she woulda let him rot in there like every other nigga in jail
They should really pay it forward and set up a foundation or non profit to help other innocent brothers get out. Cuz u shouldn't have to have maya moore fall in love w u, so that u have a chance of being free.

Here to point out the illogical
All it takes is it do your research and read. Why anyone is mad at this is beyond me. She generally cared about his story when she and her fam met him through a prison ministry. They were not in love at the time. She is involved with her religion. They started to form a connection over the years. She then started to champion changes in the legal system back in 2016. They both will be fighting for others that have been wronged by the legal system.
