Spurs would be better off just loaning Reguilon. If he’s shit he goes back no issues.

This buy back clause means RM only need pay 900k to buy him back. So imagine he does great at Spurs and is worth 60-70m in a years time. RM can buy him back for peanuts and then sell him on for profit.

Feeder club mentality. I’m glad Utd pulled out.

Great move for spurs they could get 3 4 great years out of him or real Madrid may not want him at all

As I said if he does great for Spurs, they could lose him next summer and Madrid might not even want him. Just get the money. Essentially Utd could buy him next year from Madrid after Spurs have acclimatised him to the PL for us.
 
I thought Spurs had a first chance refusal on Bale anyways, so its obvious Jose would push for Bale if anyother EPL team wanted him...

All I want in this window is world class CB...
