It's about a chick who's got a wild ass (n/h) bf, her pops (Who's coming to visit her at school) being over protective and straight laced is shocked by how the bf acts. The dad finds out that dude wants to marry his daughter and that's where the movie picks up.

it kinda does a job in explaining the incoherent story line...fwiw, iirc, i think the original creator hasnt had anything to do outside of maybe producing or consulting since maybe the 2nd or 3rd one.

The first one was shot for less than $1M and filmed in like 11 days or some shit. Yes, i bought the directors cut dvd when it dropped lol

I saw Leatherface last night. I wanted to watch something really horrifying for Halloween and I must say...I got more than what I asked for. The other spin-offs and remakes of Texas Chainsaw Massacre have nothing on this film. It was straight up psychotic, horrifying, gruesome, and some other disturbing things I won't mention w/out spoiling. I covered my eyes for some parts, so yea... I was shook a little bit. I usually laugh when I watch horror movies...laughter was at a minimum this time around lolll.
