Kyle Rittenhouse Trial (Jacob Blake Protest Shooting)

He didn't attack him, he ran up behind him yelling "Fuck you" as the murderer was pursuing another person around one of the vehicles with his rifle at the ready.

Just stop with the objective, "legal" shtick. You know what time you're on. Just stand on that isht and quit the games.

They have a witness testimomy saying Rosenbaum chased him and tried to grab his gun. That's attacking him.

Smh. That's the type of clown comment that makes it hard to take y'all seriously. We're talking about if someone's LEGALLY in the wrong, and you say "stop with the objective legal shtick".

I already gave my opinion on what he did. But like I said...that's separate from what we're talking about.

There's video you want to play Stevie Wonder to that totally kills your BS self defense argument. You've tried to ignore the facts that disprove your silly ass "legal" stance. It's all a facade. I been peeped.

I posted the videos. I've watched them. We'll see how the case goes.

No.

Thats not it at all.

You wasted 23 pages when all you had to say was "the legality of the firearm is irrelevant when used in self defense"

I'd agree with you if that was the only reason people said it's not self defense.

And I kinda said that early on. I said he should be charged for possession of the gun (so I acknowledged it was illegal), but not for the shootings because they were self defense. That only makes sense if the legality of the firearm is irrelevant when used in self defense.

We’re waiting for due process. We’re not jumping to a conclusion. If I put myself in Kyle Rittenhouse[‘s shoes], maybe I shouldn’t have been there. He’s a young kid. I don’t want 17 year olds kids running around the streets with AR-15s. Maybe I wouldn’t have put myself in that situation, who knows? We all do stupid things at 17.

You are wasting bandwidth arguing pennyante semantics.

Between you and monk im surprised the site aint crashed again.

Yall know good and damn well these servers can't handle all them gotdamn words!

So if I’m understanding this. A 17 year old can cross state lines with a weapon he shouldn’t have had in the first place, it’s fine because he used it for self defense?

Wisconsin does not have a stand your ground law.

You're not understanding any of that right at all. Nobody in this entire thread has said it was ok for him to have the gun. Everyone in this thread agrees he should be charged for having it. I just said like 3 comments before yours he should be charged for it. You just making up things to argue against?

Do you know what stand your ground means? He ran away. He literally didn't stand his ground. That doesn't even apply here.

That was just a trash post.

A stand-your-ground law provides that people may use deadly force when they reasonably believe it to be necessary to defend against a threat of death, serious bodily harm, kidnapping, rape, or robbery or some other serious crimes.

Every state allows that. In what state do you think people can't "use deadly force when they reasonably believe it to be necessary to defend against a threat of death, serious bodily harm, kidnapping, rape, or robbery or some other serious crimes."?

This is why you've been confused in here... you just think self defense is illegal in states without a stand your ground law.

Stand your ground takes away someone's responsibility to retreat from the situation if possible before using deadly force.

You’re in here arguing self defense aka stand your ground. Wisconsin doesn’t have a stand your ground law. So what self defense are possibly talking about?

Where did I say “self defense was illegal” ?

When you leave your home suited up in tactical gear and guns, you have now let “self-defense” fly out the window. Self-defense would’ve been staying HOME, not going out to LOOK for trouble. Law enforcement has it on lock. There’s no need for civilians to play rouge cops.
