I have no problem with mods its just the locking of threads prematurely *cough cough* @AP21 that is wack asf. thats my only issue.

i also hate when yall move my threads. dassit

They locked my mod reform thread when I was just trying to help the site start on a clean slate and they THOUGHT I was being disingenuous when I was serious

I’ll explain myself just this once...

Because I felt like it.
Prior to me going in that thread, it was mentioned in the pod we did. I didn’t fully read the thread but when I did, I had questions just like people did who were here at the time. So I asked the questions.

the BOSS made the final decision about her being banned. Funny part of this whole thing, before I knew fully about the thread, I was in a PM telling AP and Chi that Love should come back. Then, one of them brought it to the other mods and she was allowed back from that statement. I didn’t know why she was soft banned until later...

so in the end..
She’s gone.
stop painting a fake ass picture of me being a bully when you don’t know the truth. Y’all want people to be held accountable but because it’s me, it’s bullying. Shits stupid and tiring.
All I did was question her. The banning wasn’t my decision. Get the fuck over it.

The way it is rarely utilized, how do you know it isn't working?

The issues with mods will never be curved simple because ppl will always find away to disagree with them and their actions because of personal vendettas

For example, Whis has a right as a mod to change, delete, or move any post that she deems is not keeping up or coincides with the topic of the thread. Even with an explanation, some one will find offense to this correct? So what role will the committee play if this is a complaint levied against her?
