ESPN: The Last Dance ('98 Bulls Doc)

I most definitely think they would've went to the finals in 94'. Pippen was in his prime, as well as Grant and Armstrong; who made their first allstar appearance that year. Then you had Kukoc coming off of the bench while the GOAT leading the pack. In 95' I'm still questioning, because Horace was a big piece missing.

They probably would've got the 6 straight but I don't think they would've ran it to the 97-98 season. Probably would've have gotten that 72 win season either.

Gotta remember before the 1st 3 peat, the previous 2-3 season they was getting to the ECF, that's 82 games plus at least 3 rounds of playoff. that was gonna catch up to them at some point.

As simple as this sounds...I never thought of this. Jordan also said he was getting bored and uninspired playing basketball, maybe he loses some drive and goes into cruise control a bit if he doesn't go play baseball who knows. Add that to the wear and tear

Yeah, i also forgot all his International play he did (Olympics, Fiba etc), from the year he got drafted to the end of that first 3 peat.

I see this point, but the sad part in all of this that everyone is overlooking, is Ol Boy was a blatant racist. That alone should have made black voters in NC line up. But cats blaming a basketball player for not doing a PSA as the reason dude won. Niggas needed Mike to do an infomercial to say " I think I need to get up off this couch". SMDH

I get why people got mad..but certain people just dont get into politics. At least Jordan didnt pull a Kanye and go endorse the racist white dude. My dad dont fuck w politics, he always talks to me about the bigger picture and how most if not all politicians are either crooks or surrounded by them. So he stays clear of it all.

@Chi-town B I gotta disagree bruh, I think if Chicago would've kept it going after 98' then they would've lost against 2000 Lakers due to wear and tear, and age. But if we doing the 96' Bulls vs 2000 Lakers at 100% then Bulls taking the win.

If Krause wasn't an egotistical lil bitch and kept the squad together, I don't think LA wins w/o Phil.

IMO he was just as important to LA's chips as Shaq & Kobe.

I respect that!! Something alot of people I think aren't taking into consideration is, there wasn't social media to keep you informed on things you had no interest in. Hell there wasn't even AOL dial up back then. All you had was newspapers, tv and books.Alot of people had the assumption Mike was lying when he said he knew nothing about the stance Gant was for so he didn't wanna get involved. But that's not hard to believe for a person who 1. not into politics 2. all about ball 3. time is split between work, business obligations, AND family. Now throw in side chicks and a gambling (competition ) addiction. I can see Mike not knowing or caring enough to get involved
