Getting a whole new hungry team changes things. There’s no 8 straight trips to the finals if he stays in Miami.

I remember Isaiah Thomas saying going into that 5th year you get more muscle injuries than anything else. Strains pulls and the recovery takes longer.
That last year with the Warriors they all had nagging core muscle injuries and KD blows the achilles. That wear and tear on your body and the mental fatigue is no joke
