If the Africans want to kick the Chinese out and go another route, that's their right and it's probably the right thing to do. But they are still going to have to find a better way to handle themselves moving forward. If the US says the gap is 1 to 10, amongst blacks and other races and you Monk says that is not true, your verbiage stated that the gap is less than a 1 to 10 stance, which means that the gap is as wide as they say it is, which mean less or that Blacks are much closer to whites and other wealths.

Haitian revolution was 1809 and they definitely were not fighting the entire French Army but they won anyway. The Gatling Gun came into use after the civil war that a 50 year difference technology wise. You making it seem like he saying white people were naturally smarter when nobody implied it
