Yeah I think we do since 1797 ,a guy got sentenced for life for stealing a floor jack here in New York cause it was his third strike.

I don't know about double time never heard of that but that time does count against what a person has to serve.

Being local that long has it pluses but more minuses overall. Being local you get more visits from different people and can possibly get more shit you not supposed to have through people you know who might know a guard who liable to bring you little shit like restaurant food. The bad part of being local for so long is your movement time out of cell is way more restricted. Commissary locally usually has a lot less shit you can buy to make yourself as comfortable as possible. The shit is always overcrowded. Library also not good locally.

I went back & forth to court for 3yrs over a DUI & drivin on suspended license charges


so it's not out the ordinary for his case to drag given the severity of the charges

Yes Tekashi snitched, yes it's dead wrong, considering his involvement.

But how a dude of his kind get so deep in a matter of months is forever beyond my understanding. Money or no money.

That's all i was saying. I'm not saying treyway didn't make bad decisions, i'm saying people were making excuses for homie snitching and saying they would do the same.
