This is a state Rico and idk if they had enough on him.

To convict an individual in a Rico you have to prove that they committed 2 crimes directly connected to the organization.

They said Gunna got caught with a gun and drugs in a car,not necessarily on him with other ppl and in his plea he said it wasn't his.

He claims he didn't say who's it was.
