OPINION Worst Rapper With a Classic Album?

ok well give this new seven-tiered definition of classic

i take back 50 cent grodt and nominate
vanilla ice - to the extreme

generational 1990 commercial pop rap classic

But you naming some albums that literally NOBODY regards as a classic in any way form or fashion lmao

Str8 outta cashville nigga? For real? Lmaooo
Some say it’s a regional or personal classic

And I’ve heard people talk about units in the city as a regional classic

Lol if you gonna have all these types of classics it’s going to really water down what a classic is

Nah niggas gotta just use common sense.

The reason the late 80’s, 90’s, early 00’s have more of a consensus on shit is the scope is smaller.

90’s in particular. Through the 90’s decade hip hop was anywhere from 11 to 20 years old. The audience was more common in age, style, etc.

I’ll give you an analogy. Think of how consensus everything would be in basketball if the NBA started in 2000. And these past 22 years was all we had.

43 years in hip hop is not gonna have the same consensus feel on things on a large scope anymore. A 60 year old and a 20 year old bound to hold different things in different regard.
