Due to the amount of money she defrauded her supporters of, it lands her at a 3rd degree felony Theft by Deception charge in Texas which carries a minimum of two years and a maximum of 10. My thinking is the judge was prolly aware of her previous, near identical, fraud scheme and slapper her with the max.

Also, as she's an immigrant, she might have ICE waiting to deport her when this is all over.
