Nah, that aint what's going on

1 side is saying here what's the problem is based off their experiences posting here, seeing how much the site has changed here, speaking to the females who have fallen back from posting here

And the other side is saying, here's what the problem is based off my experiences with LSA, the old IC, Black Twitter, and women in general

Then there's the third side that's above 'caring' but wants to inject an 'unbiased' opinion

Guess which side should hold the most weight?

SOME of the mens reasoning is based in truth.

Its just surrounded by a whole bunch of bullshit...so I get how you can be offput by it....or just not wanting to spend the energy to wade thru it to really understand it.

The women are literally telling us what the causes are...(some that are rooted in some of the mens reasoning) but niggas are so ready to just disagree...they not reading.

All in all....and really this is more of a societal thing...folks are so ready to respond from the position of “im offended” or “you are wrong i am right” that nothing is really getting solved

Thats just how I see it.

Lol why can’t both sides (no Trump) speak their piece without one side talking “bullshit”? How is the men’s side more “bullshit” than the women’s side?
 
So women get turned off from posting when 2 posters argue in a thread extensively?


Is this in joke threads or threads about classism or ethical issues or something?
 
I was on another site trying to recruit some females...

The few that reaponded to my PMs after they checked out the site basically said

“Its too male centric”

So I responded and said that imo the Admins and Mods do a great job of making sure our female posters are comfy and attacking and disrespecting women is extremely frowned upon and a bannable offense.

Im not sure if “male centric” really means “too many men” or what.


Naturally if there are more men on the site it will have a certain vibe(no pun) but as long as I have been here...I have never seen anyone get outta pocket, str8 disrespectful with a woman poster and not be dealt with

Both sides points can be surrounded by bullshit with truth in the center.

However...as it pertains to this thread...and the current women posters we have...i feel like they got str8 to the point of why they dont post and some men are like “Naw that aint it”

Already ready to respond as if they are “offended” ...or “that woman dont know what the hell she talking about but I do”

this post is underrated in most aspects of life.

in meetings, in conversations, in marriages and relationship and some friendships.

i came to this conclusion a few years back.....lack of wanting to understand, lack of respecting others views.

its like, trying to get someone to understand your view offends most people because they dont know how to communicate.
understanding someones view doesnt mean you must take it on or agree. for some reason people think you need to follow their view or that you are trying to impose your beliefs on them.

all it is ,...its just trying to help someone understand why or how i came to my conclusion.

thats not to be debated..simply because i see things differently than someone who might be next to me my whole life.
we all see and interpret things different.

if we all just took our time to understand others....respect their views, express ours.....and we come to a happy medium....we would all be better off.
 
add to that a persons negative outlook on life and the want to attack just to be right...even if you agree with them but worded it differently.

shifting thru alot of truth just to find a flaw to argue about.

thats toxic communication,.

wanting someone to agree with you even when are not making sense or taking responsibility for our on actions.

toxic communication.

its crazy we have two threads about toxic males and females.....but they are one in the same guided by toxic communication. either taught or learned.

I really wish one of the mods would have just merged those threads and renamed it toxic behavior period...cause then it takes away the initial feeling of “im being attacked” either sexes could feel
 
the topic is necessary but the narrative didnt have to be male or female specific imo.

Especially if the goal is to promote and facilitate healthy dialogue amongst the sexes on this site.

One thing with this thread, is it asked the question but didn't ask any females. As in, I'm sure a mod or someone knows the @'s for the women here. Coulda just @'d them and who ever answered. Actually consider their answer as a truth and make amends to rectify the situations. If it's beyond them just being busy and some actual contextual things going on here.
