It's quite simple.

Some Black people got to wear the full brunt of being Black in America every day while some people due to their appearance, nationality, ethinicity or wealth, get to escape that.

The Rock is the prime example of a Black man that gets to live a non-Black life because he always presents himself as a vague Brown man when in the public eye.

Whereas Booker T couldn't do that.

However, The Rock, unlike Drake, never obsessed over Black American popular culture and act like he is a street boss.
