The point in including Ray Ray and Twin's street beef in the numbers for "mass shootings" is to turn public opinion to these events as being a predominately Black crime as opposed to the way it has always been which is as a predominately "white male" crime.
This is a very recent thing. Only in the last 3 years or so has the media's definition deviated from the FBI definition, which doesn't count street shit, resulting in numbers as low as only 3 such events this year according to the FBI as opposed to 385 that the media tends to toss around.

I clicked on a few sites and went to their homepage and searched for shootings. A few had them on the "front"
