I put off therapy for yrs thinking it wouldn't help me,but I think it has helped me to not blow my brains out or somebody else's or just die slowly from the inside.

I'm not 100% but I am in a better place than I have been in a long time.

But I got to a point where I had to do something or something was gonna happen.
