I thought this was going to get The Last Kingdom treatment and didn't look and realize that it was being produced by Bad Wolf who are also responsible for ruining Doctor Who, the terrible HBO adaptation of His Dark Materials and creating a slew of other terrible and cheesy tv shows.

This shit is supposed to be dirty, gory, grimy, epic and morally questionable and they turned it into some Camelot bullshit. Violin music playing throughout the whole damn episode.
