Haven't had them fried in years...but I season and boil them with onion, celery, green pepper and add in some No Yolks noodles or rice. Throw some Texas Pete () on there and get in mah belleh!!!🍽

This is my first time cooking and trying kale. I’m finding it’s like a cross between collard and turnip greens, as far as taste, but the texture more so like collard greens.

Made fried cabbage and sausage. It doesn't look the best, but it was delish
