What Are You Cooking for Dinner Tonight??

What I also have been doing of late, making my own broth or saving sauce from a previous meal. So the braise chicken i made on friday, I saved that sauce. I put them in the below container and vacuum the air. Then they go in the freezer if im not gonna use it right away. Making rice out of that sauce, damn it is good

I hit that Asparagus with some olive oil and then some seasoning. Usually it's the last thing I put out there.
I did that. Possible I had it on too long. In the beginning, I had trouble getting the heat high. My bag of wood chunks was really like chips. I had used up all the good chunks. I had to use one of my hickory logs, which I dont like doing because it gets too hot. I tried cutting it but shit was talking too long. I really need to invest in a small chain saw
