I have to say, this duck i will cook tomorrow is intimidating. It is way different than cooking chicken. Should have did the research before I bought the bird. But i found a recipe i will try.
Yeah, I have been watching videos and they say duck fat is a great cooking oil. I just saw a video where they fry chicken in it. Im going to use it to cook potatoes in.Only thing I know about duck is folks that have had it say it's greasier/more oily than chicken or turkey.
Good luck bruh. Let us know how you make out
What kind of recipe you got for it?I have to say, this duck i will cook tomorrow is intimidating. It is way different than cooking chicken. Should have did the research before I bought the bird. But i found a recipe i will try.

Yes. I bought it yesterday. I just kept the packaging because I had already took back the first one I bought. It said it was only oven safe at 400 Deg. I was debating on taking this back cause it was kind of big but I will keep itDid you wash that pan and rack?
