Doing pineapple chicken in the slow cooker. Havent tried this before so we will see how it turns out.

Forgot to take a pic of the finished product. It was ok. Kind of bland. Dont think I will cook bone-in chicken in the crookpot anymore. The liquid kind of just washes the seasoning off of it. Or maybe it was the recipe is followed. Knew something was up when it didnt add any salt.
Sunday dinner from last week mashed potatoes from scratch along with fried pork chops some in gravy and broccoli and cheese.
Made something called Sticky Chicken.
Half a strip steak and some mixed vegetables
Not today lmao. Tryna find a balance at this point but I lost a shitload of weight since november so I indulged a bit while on vacation.
Im thinking maybe low carb shit for 4 days out the week then I do wtf I want for the other 3... or vice versa. Gonna try it for a month and see how I get by

Tried using some wood planks to grill some salmon along with some white and green asparagus with garlic butter.
Asparagus got a lil crisp but it came out aite for my first try
