yeah it can be underwhelming at restaurants and shit....dried out, not enough sauce, cold soggy coleslaw, etc
we're just gonna break it down and set out a few different types of sauces, pickles, onions, potato salad, beans, etc
this is for a party.....I would only need one of those for the fam
