Oh ok. Last ribs I baked burnt up. They were beef.

But excuse me for talkin bout yo rices. You callin me Japanese?
Gotta stay in the kitchen and stop thinking you can go play some rounds of bones while you cooking
 
I know how to cook and multitask. I was trynna follow a recipe; it was my first time baking beef ribs.

You should know ya oven better. My oven runs hot, usually 45°-50° hotter than recommended cook temps. Rarely do I put it over 350°

Beef is also better slow cooked. Give the meat time to loosen up
