Making sushi is tedious and time consuming. Not sure how much use that sushi maker is gonna get, lol. I would pull it our for dates though. Dont think I would make it for more than 3 people.
 
My first time using it. Usually I will eat raw salmon but I was going to an event the next day so i didnt want to chance me getting sick. I cooked the salmon this time. I missed placing the rolled up rice on the seaweed. It was too sticky to try to replace it. It was gonna tear.

How did you make out with the cutting part? Looks like it came out good.

First time I tried sushi the roll looked aite but when it came time to cut it is where I fucked up lol.

They say ur spos to wet the knife each cut or somethin

Lol, i ate the fucked up ones and didnt take a pic. So i thought I was done once I wrapped it up. I stopped reading the directions and started cutting. It kept smushing the rice. So I read the directions and it told me to let the roll sit for 15mins so the nori can bind to the rice. Also, wet the knife after every slice

Man the way we eat sushi here.... I wouldn't dare try this cause as soon as I cut it it's gone. But it looks good though. You plan on doing any tempura next and now you got to make your own special sushi roll now!!
 
I had some korean bbq chicken that i made a while back. I froze the remaining chicken to use in the future. So I decided to pull it out. The chicken is sweet because i usually use it when making steamed buns. First time making plantains.

My new kitchen gadgets. A herb stripper and a egg piercer. The egg piercer pokes a hole in a egg to prevent the shell from sticking when you boil and peel the egg. It doesnt leak. Has something to do with air and pressure.

That was sunday. Yesterday, I just put scraps together, lol. I was trying to finish left over food. This one had chicken and crab meat. The crab meat was for my sushi on sunday but i never uses it.

I need some new meal ideas. I’m sick of beef and chicken. I don’t really eat pork and I’m not a big fan of seafood. I don’t even desire hot meals at this point.
