Anybody know why you have to season ground turkey so heavily as oppose to ground beef?

Yup, plus turkey is predominately water and have a much bland taste.I'm just guessing but maybe because there's way less fat in it to help seal in the flavors compared to beef?

They come in whole sausage links but I cut them because it cooks them throughout. And you have less risk of getting sick from uncooked sausage. Plus it adds more meat to evenly distribute amongst the children.finished product looks good.
