iread an interview of the dad. He said “her mother” was trying to fix things. Not “we”
and how she go to the system and not the other parent or family.
so many levels to this. But i place more blame on him because of multiple missed opportunities to save her.
The cop is the end result of a failed child from so many people at so many levels.

You don't care about the lives of the black women she was trying to stab/kill. The girl was killed...it's sad, but so far it looks like it's also her fault. So I'm just placing blame in the right place.
I get not wanting the police to just be out there fucking with people, and just enforcing dumb laws. But he showed up because the cops were called, and when he arrived he witnessed an attempted stabbing followed by what looked like attempted murder, so he shot her to stop it. I'm not gonna act like he's a piece of shit for it.

Haha, it's not that. Y'all just take outside stuff that doesn't matter into account. Like @Ghost313 said earlier with that list of stuff about him... none of that should matter at all if a cop shoots him. Only what was going on at the time should matter as far as if shooting was justified or not. Same here (and with Rittenhouse)... I'm not defending the cop as a person, and I talked shit about Rittenhouse as a person.
Like if you start a thread on here called "All White People Must be Killed" then tomorrow a white person breaks into your house and you shoot them. Well, I'd say you were justified in shooting them. That doesn't mean I'm cosigning the genocide you want.

The foster care system is in complete shambles period...but for Black kids it's absolutely treacherous. Much like the prison system, kids usually come out worse than they were when they were put in it. Foster care is beyond flawed, from the judges to the social workers to the foster parents, who are almost always ill equipped to be anybody's parent; let alone children who are already coming from the very worst of circumstances. Ma'Khia...and her sister...have been utterly failed by every adult in their lives.
