Naw, not really. I've been in the restroom enough times when a tranny came in there. Regardless of what y'all think, restrooms are not separated by "gender" because gender as a concept applied to human beings is a relatively recent thing. Bathrooms have always been separated by biological sex and before "gender" got legs (around the late 90's) if a mtf tranny got caught in a woman's restroom he could be arrested or just plain kicked out.

Anyways, the pedo loophole has been explained several times.
Prior to Obama's EO, if some shit looked out of place in the restroom, there was grounds to call security or the cops. In other words, if a nigga with a 5 o'clock shadow, lipstick, and a wig came rolling through door of the women's restroom he could be stopped and questioned as to why he's in there.
What Obama's EO did was prevent anyone from being able to stop and question a person that is clearly not the sex they're presenting from going into the restroom designated for the opposite sex.
The loophole this creates is that pedophiles looking for kids and peeping tom niggas wanting to take pics and videos in the women's restroom now have the ability to dress up as a woman and walk into a women's restroom without being questioned or stopped: It's now technically illegal to do so. So these nasty muhfuckas now have unfettered access to women's restrooms where once they didn't. All it takes is the appropriate dress and a declaration that they're trans and there ain't shit you can do about them being in there.
And they've been doing this kind of shit for years already but there was always a risk of being found out involved. Now that's no longer an issue.

We know that because it conducts electricity you should stay out of a body of water during a lightning storm, however as stated earlier, the US has averaged only 50 deaths from lightning strikes per year for the last 20 years. In a country of over 300M people, that's a statistical ZERO. It might as well be zero people because that's just how insignificant a number 50 is when compared to 300M+.
Likewise, very few men are CAUGHT dressing like women to do foul shit in women's restrooms (I say that because the vast majority are never caught and if you really want to see how often it happens, google women's restroom pics). Compared to the number of rapes and other forms of sexual assault that occur in this country it's a fairly insignificant number, but one that folks would still like to avoid if the chance to become a victim presents itself.
