There is no stipulation that will release him 7 years early. None.

If they give him 11 years he will do no less than 9. He can be the MVP of the prison basketball league and win artist of the year in the prison awards and get a degree and he will still do no less than 80% of that time.

9 years is half time. He wasn't found guilty of assault. It was assault with a semiautomatic, having an unregistered gun, and gross negligence discharge.

Having the gun unregistered and the gross negligence discharge in CALIFORNIA are both 2 YEARS MINIMUM NO MATTER WHAT. So that's an automatic 4 years regardless of feelings. Think Plaxico in New York.

Now when you factor in he was also found GUILTY of assault with a semiautomatic that's another MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS NO MATTER WHAT. Doesn't matter if he was a first time offender.

Finally, when you also consider this niggas actions and his defense strategy on an incident that happened 3 years ago you can see where the additional time on top of that MANDATORY MINIMUM of 7 years can come from.

The DA is only asking for 13. Judges rarely jump over what the DA is asking for unless it's clear that the DA is being too lenient. If the judge gives him exactly what the DA has requested, half-time would be 6 years, 7 months(they add a month for whatever reason).

Casey Anthony case was in Florida and Tory Lanez case is in California ,these 2 of the most opposite states in our union politically , Tory should of took the plea deal ain’t no way in hell I’m fighting charges of felony count of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, negligent discharge of a firearm and having a concealed and unregistered firearm in a vehicle towards a woman in a blue ass progressive state like California .

This is the truest example of a celebrity not reading the room

Nah he read the room he just read the wrong one. This is one of the biggest real time examples of how trying to play actual criminal trials out through social media influence backfired once laws have to be considered.
