I was under the impression initially that Tory shot her despite the fact Megan’s account of what happened kept having twist & turns.

But given what matters in court:

what’s proven is that Meg is borderline untrustworthy so her word isn’t all that strong.

Gun power residue was found on both Tory / Kelsey... Tory has maintained the entire time he didn’t shoot.

Kelsey wanting immunity so that she’s not prosecuted for what she’s gonna say, given the fact she was also involved in an argument with Meg .....one could probably conclude she was the actual person who pulled the trigger. Meg initially said “she didn’t see” who shot her & now that’s changed somehow to she saw Tory. So it could be she didn’t actually see but decided on Tory.
