This should be a open and shut case, but the victim went on national TV and lied, the one witness (driver/security) hasn't spoke, the main witness is taking the 5th. All the defense has to do is keep asking meaningful question to Kelsey that she won't answer and the jury if smart will either let Tory walk or be hung without prejudice so he can't be brought up on these charges again
