Naw. Even though we know it's a lotta shit out there, the tech to actually get there physically is way too advanced for us. They won't land on anything past Mars in our lifetimes. And prolly won't ever get outside the solar system for another couple hundred years... That's if we don't kill each other in nuclear war first
