At this point n my life, with two daughters over 18 and one about to turn 16 in a couple of months, I couldn't even do it. When I was 27-28, right before I got married, I couldn't fuck with an 18 year old; shit just felt wrong as hell. That was just too damned young.

That's closer in age than 27, I can understand it more and y'all very well could have quite a bit in common.. But when you're 35? When you graduated high school she might have been a year old. Y'all have ZERO in common. Your whole experience growing up is different. At 35 you can remember the world before widespread internet access. You prolly remember Whitney Houston pre-crackhead status. You prolly tried to dance like MC Hammer when you were a kid and snuck and listened to your older brother's Too $hort and NWA tapes. An 18 year old prolly never owned a CD player unless they had one of those lil rounded CD boomboxes handed down to them, have no concept of a world without internet access or a computer in the home, and Whitney was a cracked out punchline mumbling shit on a reality show.

I'm 35 (will be 36 in a few months), and I've taught females that are 18-19 years old....
