Cup sizes don't really exist without band sizes. A D cup on a 38+ band (like a 38 or 40D) for example, will probably have the same amount of breast tissue as an F or even G cup on a smaller framed woman. So yes, they cld have large breast problems like back ache, shit not fitting or pervy men checkin out their cleavage.
