arrogance(Democrats twisting the primary for Hilary)

Misinformation (Russian propaganda)

voter apathy (folks hated Hilary, low millenial turnout)

Obama effect/ racism (trump drummed his base up using dog whistle language)

I’m probably missing more but that’s some of it

And with all of that, Trump narrowly won important battleground states and lost the popular vote.

In my opinion in order for Warren/Sanders win they need a big turnout from millennials, and millennials are flaky and unreliable.

I would say more important than all of these reasons is the status quo economic policy and the rampant corruption of the last 40 years.

I would also say at least two of your issues:

- Democrats twisting the primary for Hilary, and
- Voter Apathy

Are a function of the those two issues I just outlined.


People HATE the Status Quo.

Trimp pretends that he is an outsider and half the country are stupid enough to believe him.

What does Joe Biden represent?

Far more stability than what’s in office now. At this point I think America has to get back to some stability. I mean the country is close to going to war with Iran and most don’t even know why.

And what you outlined is definitely a problem...but most Americans are simple(voting against their fundamental needs)

Anything new can be told it’s scary to them and has to introduce slowly for them to see it works and is good for them.

Joe Biden represents the status quo - which evokes negative emotion and drives apathy among voters.

See Hilary Clinton.

People don’t vote for “stability”.

To this day, a large portion of America is disaffected by Trump destroying the Constituiton and Democracy.

As you said. They are “simple”

They view him as an asshole that is “good” for the economy. Case closed.

You have to excite these people with more than just “I’ll keep your economic struggle exactly the way it is”.

We haven’t even talked about how much of a liability Biden’s horrendous policy track record, racism, and corporate corruption is.

Agree to disagree. I like Bernie/Warren and their ideas, but I think trump would stomp them.

I remember right after 9/11 when they lifted the restriction on flights...my brother was traveling.....said this middle eastern guy got on the plane and a few white boys made eye contact with him on some u riding if it goes down type shit .....

Bruh im Muslim and a few years ago I saw some devout Muslims at the airport go to a corner and pray.

Had my eyes on them mfers the whole time ready to pounce on them.

Thats why this shit is trash for people like me. Cause media has us on edge and we buy into it whether we want to or not. And then you get me looking at Muslims all paranoid while other people looking me all paranoid.

Lol I keep my Sunni beard on point all the time...one week I had to go to DC like damn near every day that week....by like Friday random search and they took me in the back for questioning

Man i get random checked a few times a year.

Last year I took a long ass trip to europe. Towards the end I said fuck it and let my beard grow. Get to the airport for my flight back and they called me for a random check. I get done with the check and go to wait and the plane had technical issues so flight got cancelled and we had to come back the next day.

Next day I gets back AND these mfers called me for a random check again.

"Random"
