lol I honestly never understood scarves... when I lived in the states and it was brick out.. only parts that get cold were my face, hands and toes... aint never had a cold neck *shrugs*

Didnt understand the importance of a scarf until I was stuck in a snow storm. It is like putting on extra layer.
