I was thinking about it too. I thought composting needed time to decay or poop from insects tgat ate it.
I think mealworms can eat bones and styrofoamI'm thinking I might be able to incorporate both.
Might be able to do the traditional composting and toss in some of the stuff that was processed in the electric one in it as well. Should break down faster..Particularly for stuff like chicken bones and egg shells which take way longer to decompose

I would think speeding up the composting process using electricity on the grid defeats the purpose of being a ecofreindly.
kinda like building a Tesla. Yes the end result is climate friendly but the process in its production isn’t.
