The 1st Wonder Woman was great. Patty didn't completely write that one.
The 2nd Wonder Woman was a mess. Patty did write that by herself.......
Patty did a great job as the director and co writer for 1, but if part 2 is any indication of what she turned in writing the script then I wouldnt be surprised why they asked her to come with something better.
I do wonder how Gal Gadot is going to feel about Patty Jenkins possibly not having anything to do with a 3rd film if it does get green lit

So... you want Warner bros to scrap the entire cast and start from scratch with the DC cinematic universe? Cavill and Gadot are highly regarded playing these characters and most importantly they like doing the work and want to continue, eventhough the whole ordeal has been a shit show, and you say kick them to the curb? LOL.
You are right with your thinking that they can be replaced and if the script is right and the replacements aren't good awful, the fans will embrace it. But, why totally change something that already works? Of course keep trying to improve on it, but both actors (i know I'm beating a dead horse) actually embraced their roles and are beloved playing them.
I do agree though, if Gal doesn't want to do part 3 because Patty Jenkins quit, they should just start over.
