I would. My only real stance is that the vaccine is safe and can prevent you from being hospitalized and dying.

If a lot of people started dying after getting the vaccine I'd change my stance. If it was because of the vaccine I'd say it's not safe and if it was because of breakthrough infections I'd say it's not effective.

Other than that stance, I don't really have a strong stance with regard to how it started and other related topics. I'll argue about them, bit that's about it.
