The government has to step up and help these workers. The businesses SHOULD do right by their employees but end of the day our government is the ones failing them.

The workers are gonna sue on the premise that their working circumstances do not protect them from biological threats and fail to provide basic necessities for proper protection of physical health. They may not get the billions they'll try to sue for but they'll get the 8-9 figures they're looking for. But still, if they lose a life or someone noooo amount of money will replace that.
