I used to be on the plantation shoulder to shoulder with yall in the fields, remember?
I got tired of pricking my fingers and bounced.... y'all just bought better gloves

We're not gonna sit up here and act like Trump didn't use fear of transgenders as a main political issue in this campaign. Cultural issues will always be a part of national politics. This
The economy is the MAIN thing people should worry about as well as foreign policy and human rights…that’s all the president should really focus on
Issues such as health, education, religion, race and family structure has a threshold and you can only go so far in that area without pushing buttons. The people who run those communities have to be more responsible when it comes to that than the govt…
The only thing I expect from a president is a balanced economy and protected rights
Personal Ideologies aren’t, and should never be a federal issue
I said something similarIt's funny cause Trump gained voters in every demographic. Trump almost won NJ. Trump got close in NY.
This to me means that the only thing people cares about was the economy. And rightfully so. shit hard as fuck out here.
And Kamala had rich celebrities in commercials.
She should have did nothing but don't talk about how to increase wages.
People didn't want a 25k house buying credit.
People wanted to know if they can go back to affording groceries.
Wildly bad showing.
Trump’s win disagrees with you. He did not run on packages to monolithic groups. He ran on people’s personal, individual needs, not some overarching agenda based on identity politics.
Identity politics are dead after this one.
This is true. It’s more the seven trans k
The talk about abortion was another topic that if she won, she she had no control over changing.
It’s a state level issue now and she couldn’t overturn that to a federal
So therefore, her campaigning on it it up at every turn was just wasted words
She should’ve focused on economic issues only. If the people feel like you will make America affordable, they would’ve turned out and voted for her, both sides, but the dems campaign focus was not where it needed to be.
you aren't wrong in what you said, but I don't think you are looking at it from the point of view of the folks who didn't vote or who begrudgingly voted for Trump. How was campaigning on abortion wasted words when it was a popular agenda that won in every single state down every single ballot?
Abortion was a popular agenda. It won on every ballot. That's not wasted words.
Your point about economic issues is flawed because nobody who criticized Kamala on the economy can explain why the economy under Trump will be better. He has no economic plan. She does. He wants to implement crushing tariffs and eliminate a large chuck of the workforce by deporting them. He also wants to cut taxes for the wealthiest earners and gut social programs like Social Security.
Trump's economic plans are only beneficial for the wealthy. It does not make America affordable.
FACTS!!Incel, Red pill, Manosphere Bro culture content on Twitter, YouTube and Twitch streamers etc got a lot of young Gen Z men in a chokehold.
One day there will be an honest assessment of how this all started because of white folks racist backlash to Barack Obama and if his presidency was worth it
Don't agree at all. The economy is never a distraction, it's most people's #1 issue. It's how both Clinton and Obama won.The economy is the distraction from everything else but its perfect because while everyone is worrying about there pocketbooks the legs are being cut out from underneath them.... ahh the american dream ... rugged individualism
Every election the "economy" is the issue with no gains for most people thats a hell of a card trick
And this is what makes you a coonThat's why I have said that the Dems won't give Black Americans reparations because, even if they agree in principle, they're gonna be afraid of the monumental backlash that would ensue. It would make the backlash to Obama seem like nothing, and would even be much worse than the backlash to the civil rights legislation of the 60s. It would keep them out of power for a half century. It could be that bad.
you aren't wrong in what you said, but I don't think you are looking at it from the point of view of the folks who didn't vote or who begrudgingly voted for Trump.
the only thing a lot of those voters were looking for is making stuff cheaper for them (even though it most likely will not under Trump) and getting the illegals out of the country. Honestly a lot of poor voters cared more about immigration I think than many who are middle class and above could fathom. They blame a lot of their issues on illegal immigrants and the government.
I definitely agree that a lot of these folks who didn't vote or voted for Trump that are poor or lower middle class are gonna be in for a rude awakening If he does what he says he is with these tariffs and deportation, but they don't realize it yet.
It's gonna be an interesting few years to say the least
