If he has a no trade clause he technically did have a choice.

But...... you're right. LMAO. he has too much heat as is on him, so if he was to not waive that no trade clause after all the bad publicity he caused his ass would definitely be out of the league quicker than he could blink

I think you get the Blazers pick this year lottery protected as well as a future lottery protected first via the Covington deal. Our FO apparently had a chance to pull the trigger on that same trade for Gordon but turned it down. Also being reported that we had a deal in place to flip AG for Lavert and declined. Hope these guys know what they’re doing. Don’t really see a us getting a better return for Gordon
